Michelle’s Healthclass has been designed to help you live a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the process.

My One to One Nutrition Coaching Program along with my Home Workout Program have been created to help you master healthy eating while becoming active, fit and healthy.

The Healthclass fitness program is specifically designed for beginners with workouts starting at just twelve minutes. As your coach I can work with you each week to tailor your nutrition plan and design a movement routine that suits your unique lifestyle. For more information you can click the button below.
