Michelle’s Healthclass has been designed to help you live a healthy lifestyle while enjoying the process.
For over 6 years I’ve worked with people who want to improve their diet, fitness and overall well-being. My services include one to one coaching and I also run a 5-week Health and Happiness Course.
I’m based in Mayo however my services are being delivered online via Zoom so I can work with people from anywhere in Ireland and beyond.
My approach to coaching is based on building sustainable habits that last long term rather than short term diets and programs. My role as a coach is to support you in reaching your healthy living goals while helping you enjoy the process. I provide a wide variety of guides and resources along with free access to my home workout program for everyone who takes part in my Health and Happiness course or my one to one coaching service.
